Starker Jahresauftakt: BuildTec Software Group und GLASER Programmsysteme bündeln Kräfte in neu geschlossener Partnerschaft
GLASER mit Hauptsitz in Hannover agiert als ein national sowie international etablierter Software-Spezialist mit Fokus auf die europäische Bauindustrie. Mit seinen innovativen Lösungen bedient GLASER einen internationalen Kundenstamm von über 4.000 Kunden, insbesondere aus den Bereichen Konstruktion und Ingenieurwesen aber auch der gesamten Baubranche. Besonderer Fokus des 1978 gegründeten und bislang inhabergeführten Unternehmens liegt dabei auf dem Vertrieb der CAD-Lösung für den konstruktiven Ingenieurbau „ISBCAD“.
Mit der nun geschlossenen Partnerschaft agiert GLASER ab sofort als Teil der wachstumsstarken BuildTec-Gruppe, die dadurch den Ausbau des Kundenstamms vorantreibt und das Produktportfolio um innovative Softwarelösungen erweitert.
Erst im November 2023 gelang BuildTec mit der Übernahme von E-KOMPLET A/S, einem dänischen Softwareanbieter für Projektmanagement im Handwerksbereich, den Ausbau der geografischen Präsenz in Skandinavien. Neben GLASER und E-KOMPLET A/S vereint die von den Bregal Unternehmerkapital-Fonds unterstützte BuildTec Software Group mit über 20.000 Kunden noch weitere bekannte Branchengrößen unter ihrem Dach. Dazu zählen unter anderem SEMA, ein weltweit führender Anbieter von CAD/CAM-Softwarelösungen für den Holz- und Treppenbau sowie die Blechbearbeitung mit den beiden Partnerunternehmen WGsystem, ein Anbieter von kaufmännischer Software für alle Handwerksbetriebe, sowie Compass, ein Software-Anbieter für den Treppen-, Holz- und Fensterbau mit den Schwerpunkten CNC-Verbindungen und Werkstattorganisation. Ebenfalls Teil der schlagkräftigen Software-Gruppe ist seit Oktober 2023 Hausmann & Wynen, Spezialist für ERP-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Elektriker und andere Handwerksbetriebe.

Brilliant start into the new year: BuildTec Software Group and GLASER Programmsysteme join forces in newly formed partnership
Wildpoldsried / Hanover, 31 January 2024 - Only three months after the successful formation of the BuildTec Software Group ("BuildTec"), a growing European platform for innovative software solutions in the construction & trade sector, the group is taking the next strategically important step: With the recently concluded partnership with Germany-based GLASER Programmsysteme GmbH ("GLASER"), the Group is expanding its portfolio with another international player for construction software. GLASER, a specialist in the development and sale of professional CAD solutions, and BuildTec are joining forces with immediate effect to respond even better to the challenges of their customers in future and provide them with the best possible support in their transformation processes. Matthias Glaser will stay with the company in his role as Managing Director.
Headquartered in Hanover, GLASER is a nationally and internationally established software specialist focussing on the European construction industry. With its innovative solutions, GLASER serves an international customer base of over 4,000 customers, particularly from the construction and engineering sectors, but also from the entire construction industry. The company, which was founded in 1978 and has been owner-managed to date, focuses in particular on the sale of the CAD solution for structural engineering "ISBCAD".

These include SEMA, a leading global provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for timber and staircase construction and sheet metal processing, with the two partner companies WGsystem, a provider of commercial software for all trade businesses, and Compass, a software provider for staircase, timber and window construction with a focus on CNC connections and workshop organisation. Hausmann & Wynen, a specialist in ERP solutions with a focus on electricians and other trade businesses, has also been part of the powerful software group since October 2023.
